The Vision of Hope Foundation Scholarship was started in honor of Russell Fritz Sr. as a tribute to his personal contributions and achievement in the field of opticianry. Second-year students in accredited opticianry programs are eligible for this scholarship.
Scholarships will be paid in two installments at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters, following verification of enrollment.
